Dinesh Mallan
CONSULTANT
Dinesh Mallan is the Deputy Managing Partner and Head of Taxation . Dinesh now serves as the Deputy Managing Partner and Head of Tax of Grant Thornton in Botswana. He has over 29 years of experience in the field of professional services. He is a member of the Policy Board of Grant Thornton in Botswana.
Dinesh has extensive experience in quality reviews of different service lines and also takes care of the firm’s risk management. He is also responsible for the People and Culture (Human Resources) team with specific focus on the career development of young aspiring professionals in the firm. Dinesh continues to handle a few high profile audit assignments.
Ranjitha Dinesh

Ranjitha Dinesh is the founder and managing partner of R D R & Associates, a firm involved in providing one stop solutions to their clients in the areas accounting, taxation, payroll and consulting services.
She was previously worked as a Finance director in Grant Thornton Botswana, a leading international audit firm, for 18 years. She was heading the finance and admin team while she relocated back to India. She has a Track record of delivering superior results by implementing strategic financial planning, sourcing, cost reduction, supplier negotiation and relationship management skills that optimize the turnover from various income streams”
